2GB45 Plan not taking effect

Hello! I received a notification that my $40 plan would increase to $43, with the offer to upgrade to 2GB for $45 instead. I texted 2GB45 to 5241 on July 4th and got the Success reply but it still hasn't been applied to my account. I now have a bill for the increased price of $43. Any suggestions?

@lpay Hi there! The change is always set to occur on the next billing cycle and I checked the details on your account and it looks like there was no change to the 2GB plan. In order to apply it, I invite you message us in private on Facebook or Twitter, so we can better assist.
