2GB Bonus 24 Months Add-on not applied on new account


Hi Koodo,

I have just changed plan and noticed the 2GB Bonus 24 Months Black Friday Free Add-on was not applied to my account.  This is a  new customer to Koodo.

My [b]Account #xxxxxx[b].
Can you please have a look and apply the bonus 2gb to my account. This was what I signed up for.

before I changed plan, it was there. but now it is missing

Sometime in the community an employee doesn't always see your inquiries. So your best bet is FB messenger @www.m.me/Koodo. When you send a message you'll surely get an employee to answer you even if it's in 3-4 hours.

So then you weren't a new customer (never had an account) or renewing your device. That being said, message Koodo and explain it.
