24 Month Guarantee


As a current customer (customer prior to the new tab and guarantees) do I receive the 24 month guarantee?

No, unfortunately, you'd have to upgrade to a new phone, at which point you'd get the 24 month guarantee, as well as 15% of your bill contributed to your tab instead of the current 10%.
I'm sorry, I believed that it was a 12 month guarantee on new phones, not 24 month

They were talking about the new Tabs guaranteed to be cleared at the 24 month mark or less, not the device warranty.
