1gb usage while I wasn't on my phone, how do I contact service by email?


Suddenly got a 1gb usage on my data today at 14.28. I know that I was on Facetime on a desktop at the time and not using my phone. Auto updates are off. I spoke to a client rep who gave me $10 credit but that only covers 300mb till my next billing cycle on the 21 Sep. Really upset about this, it's never happened before, I average 83mb a day.

Hi Chris,go into your phones settings and look under data usage and see what used that data, something had to of used it. Let us know and maybe we can figure out how to prevent this happening in the future
