1GB bonus data from Christmas promo not applied to account


I switched from Telus to Koodo, picked up a new phone, and started on a 2-year, $49 plan that gave me 1GB of data, unlimited minutes and text, plus an extra 1GB of data as part of the Christmas promo.

Come to find out now that the bonus data promo wasn't applied to my account thanks to a friendly reminder that I had used over half of my data (504MB) while I was out of town this past weekend.

I'm guessing this will warrant a call to support?

Unfortunately yes, there's nothing the customers and volunteers here can do to rectify this situation. Unless of course Koodo jumps in (which they sometimes do). Give Koodo a call and discuss this with a rep. I'm sure they'll straighten it out for you.
