Come to find out now that the bonus data promo wasn't applied to my account thanks to a friendly reminder that I had used over half of my data (504MB) while I was out of town this past weekend.
I'm guessing this will warrant a call to support?

Unfortunately yes, there's nothing the customers and volunteers here can do to rectify this situation. Unless of course Koodo jumps in (which they sometimes do). Give Koodo a call and discuss this with a rep. I'm sure they'll straighten it out for you.View original
