14 days wait period to modify my plan never ends

Hello , I ordered a new phone a while back ago ( on Black Friday) and received it on December 12th . I didn’t change my plan or anything , just got a new phone .

Anyway, I’ve been trying to change my 2gb 35$ plan to 3gb for 35$ , but it keeps telling me that I need to wait 14 days . It is January 1st now , so I don’t even know if that plan still exists. Thank you !

@Asya08 I think the message is incorrect. It should say 30 days. The plan is still available. Just send us a private message on Facebook and we will help out.
