10gb DATA BONUS


I received an email from Koodo on May 1 indicating I was being provided a 10GB data bonusbut it is not showing up on my account.  Can anyone help please?

Did you check the add-on section when you look at your plan on your Self-Serve account? It should show up there. 

Since it is June 7, could this have expired? 

I believe the add-on does not expire unless a rate plan change was made.

Or maybe it was being offered a bonus data with some condition?

Can you check your self serve and check usage page? Do you see extra Data meter there?
