I just started my next month on my data and how did I get this much when I’m not even on it...

You could click on the "View details" and see the time stamp and amount of data reported. Could be an issue of updating and sync from Koodo.

You can check the usage on your phone to see what is using what. Chances are it was a download or update or something similar.

Make sure automatic update on data are off!

on that screenshot, where it says LTE up top, that shows that your data is indeed on.  Did you just have it on to go into self-serve and capture that screen shot?
