Your Web "Masters" Can't Fix a Typo for Years?


"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Phone number changes can only be completed once every [b]90 days through your online account."
Which in reality is once every billing cycle, and was reported here before.

We will forward this info. Could you please tell us where exactly did you see this typo? Is it on the prepaid or on the postpaid Self-Serve.

Postpaid.
The first and last time I was on prepaid, I was allowed to change the phone number as many times I want; basically unlimited.
