my wife and I just switched to Samsung so and are on the same koodo account. I have wifi calling setup on mine but when I try to do hers, I get a database error message when I put in her phone number to get the text message back

Have you tried to put her SIM in your phone and activate wifi calling in it? I just want to make sure the issue wasn’t from her phone settings.

They are both s9
and are on the same account
I just confirmed that volte is on her phone account
