Hi, I just wanted to request that Koodo add Xiaomi Mi10 Ultra to their WIFI calling supported phones please.

It isn’t that easy. One Koodo rep mentioned they need to cooperate with the phone manufacturer to test the device and certify it. So far, only devices sold by Koodo/Telus are compatible with Koodo WiFi calling. XiaoMi devices aren’t being sold by any Canada carriers so I don’t see them to be compatible with their Wifi calling anytime soon.
