The fact that your phone is a business phone is irrelevant. If you feel otherwise, look at it this way: you are using a service provided by koodo to help run your business. Presumably the reason you are running a business is to make money, hence you are using a service provided by koodo to help you make money. And somehow you seem to be arguing that the fact that your cellphone helps you earn money should entitle you to pay less for it than someone who only wants a cellphone to keep in touch with their family?

Hi Laurence! Keep in mind that you have the power to change your rate plan whenever you want on your Self-Serve online profile http://koo.do/1NoLPK2 There might be a plan that could better suit your needs. Have a good one!

Koodo and Virgin's rate plans are exactly the same.  You want an LG G3 for $0 down? With either you're paying $75/mo for 1000 Minutes/2 GB, or $85 for Ultd/3 GB.  You want to get an S6 or S7 and pay as little as possible in store?  $90 will get you Ultd/1GB, $110 will get you 4GB, on either carrier.

Fido is a bit cheaper on their "Smart" plans (compared to Tab on Koodo or Gold on Virgin), but their reception is questionable, and their plans will probably go up soon to match Virgin and Koodo.

If it's a business phone, can you not write off the expense at tax time?
