Why can't I activate my new phone with Koodo Self Serve?


I got a new phone about 2 weeks ago, and after trying to activate, I found out that Koodo's Self Serve thing was supposed to be down for a few days. After waiting about 2 weeks to begin my second attempy, I was asked to re-verify my e-mail address. As soon as I did, I was given the error code: Error 403--Forbidden. Please help?

Hmmmm...i would recommend calling customer care for this, they will be able to activate the new sim card and check in on your self serve, also mention that it is not working so that they do not charge you for the sim card activation. By the way, this is for a sim card swap right? Not a new client activation?
