where do I report location issues?

Hello, I am using an app to trigger action based on location and for about a week, it stopped working properly for one of my location. In the end, it appears that the location provided by the network is about 1km off from the real location. This is for all map application I am using which is kind of ruling out application issue. Another person with different phone experiences the same problem. So looks like the Mobile Network is providing that erroneous location. Where can I report and what information should I report.? Geraud.

You are able to report location issues from within the google maps app, I would start with that. If location was way off, I would say its a wifi location issue. Since its only slightly off, I would say verify that location data is using not only cell location but GPS as well. What kind of device is it?
As I said in my original post, multiple applications (including the navigator from mapfactor, nothing to do with GoogleMap) are positioning me 1km off where it should be. When looking at details within that app, it is saying that the location is provided by the MobileNetwork (which I assume is different from WIFI). Device is a Samsung AceIIx and location is set to high accuracy, allowing GPS/MobileNetwork and Wifi. Unfortunately, I am inside a building and I can't seem to use GPS, so I have to rely on MobileNetwork.... Geraud.
Mobile location is not accurate, and is known to show within 1km of actual location. That's probably as good as it gets without GPS, Ill look into it more, and report if I find any other pertinent info.
hey guys, i know it's a different topic, but I can't seem to be able to detect myself on google maps (or google now for that matter) using only 4G. which is annoying cause then google now doesn't work properly. i just got a new phone from koodo (S5) and it worked before but it suddenly stopped working a week or two ago. Any ideas? and of course i want to save power and not use gps.

Do any of your other data(browser)/data applications work?

yes. everything works fine except the location reporting with 4G.

and actually one thing i noticed is that my widgets and other apps that require a connection do not recognize that my 4G is on in the background. Some apps include whatsapp (no push), the weather network, some stock widget, etc. I didn't restrict background data or anything and it does work if i physically click into those apps. Maybe it has something to do with the network? or my phone's 4G hardware mb?
