What exactly do an international student need to do to sign up for Koodoo postpaid plan?

I went to Koodoo to sign up for a tab small plan but the representative said I'm not able to sign up for one because I don't have SIN or Canadian ID. Even though I'm 18, I'm still in high school so there is no way I can get a SIN for uni students. Do you guys have any idea of what I should do to sign up for a plan? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, Tien, you do need two pieces of ID, one could be your passport but the other one needs to be your PR card, or any other accepted ID. If you don't have that, prepaid may be your only option. Don't worry though Koodo's prepaid plans are very nice 🙂
Thanks for answering Sophia, but prepaid price for Galaxy S3 is too high while postpaid service lower the phone's balance to only 150$.

Yeap. That's how it works. But to get that they will have to run a credit check on you which requires the IDs Sophia mentioned.

Also you have to be age of majority (18 or 19 depending on the province) in order to sign up for a postpaid.

Have you looked at this program?
