When I enter the unlock code from the email I got from Koodo, it says "unlock unsuccessful" and that there are 9 tries left. My phone is kind of old, but still works, and everything seemed fine at the Koodo shop when they were setting up the account and submitted the unlock request. It's a Samsung Galaxy S 4G. Any suggestions? I'd call the store, but they are closed now and I don't have a phone other than this one that I'm trying to set up!
