what are my option .....angry customer


3 month and the cam is down , even with an otter box case for a phone i barely use .I carry it in my pocket in a plastic bag to take care not to get it dirty or greasy ,never fall . no warranty i have to pay for a miserable engeneering from samsung and otter box never buy this case again nether this phone company 3hour to tell me that i have to pay........

Hey Dennis that's a bummer 😞 , however I wouldn't keep the phone in a plastic bag if you already had an otterbox on it.

3 months and your phone is already out of warranty? This is weird, warranty should at least be 1 year. You sure it'S not covered%

Did you buy a used phone? New phones come with 1 year guarantee.

If your camera stopped working by itself and you bought your phone new, you have a 1 year warranty from the purchase date and you can send it in for warranty repair. If you dropped the phone and that's why the camera broke, well that's not Koodo's fault and remember Otterbox is a separate company/product that isn't associated with Koodo. An Otterbox doesn't make your phone indestructible, it just protects it a lot more.

Been using Otterbox for just about every device I own. If the case breaks for whatever reason, their warranty service is fast and reliable and they'll ship you the complete case within a few business days. As for the camera problem, which phone do you have and did you try factory resetting the device?
If you have a mini sd card? Make sure it is saeted all the way in . Had problem at xmas and card had vibrated out slightly. Camera was serching for it and would not function.
