Welcome email even though I'm a long-time customer


I recently received a "Welcome to Koodo Prepaid" email, even though I've been a Koodo prepaid customer for over two years. Why is this? My account hasn't changed and I haven't added any services this month.

I have to say the fact they are responding to customers this quickly here makes it less painful. I got the email too.:-)
