weird screen defect

Hey guys. I got the s20 ultra the other day. And I just noticed as I was putting a new case on it had a cheap screen protector on it and removed it. But under it , there was a tiny screen defect. I thought it was a tiny spec of glue . But when I tried to scrape it of with my finger nail , it would catch like a tiny little divot. What can I do about this. I'm paying a lot through tab, and always keep my phone's mint. But hard to do that when it doesn't start that way .

You have 30 days to return and exchange. Here's more info since doing so depends on if you got the phone online or a kiosk or reseller:

When did you have the device? Was it within 30days?.

Disputing physical damage is a tough one as you have to prove the defect was from the manufacturer and not you. If you bought it several months ago, it would be tough to claim. Anyway, if you bought it online you could try to contact the webstore koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com or Samsung with photos of the screen and ask them if that defect was a manufacturer and qualified for a replacement or not.
