Voicemail states "Not activated on the network"

I tried calling my voicemail, i clearly have voicemails left on my phone, but it states that im "Not activated on the network. Please call client care" How could i not be on the network when im able to text and call but not access my voicemail?

It might be that you don't have voicemail in your plan? Maybe this thread will help. http://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/how_to_set_up_voicemail Has it worked in the past?
yes. I have voicemail on my plan and it was working fine up until now.

What phone? How are you accessing voicemail? Have you tried dialing your own number from the cellphone?
i have a samsung galaxy Ace II. I cant even make out going calls anymore. If this does not get fixed soon, i will be going else where after being a reliable customer for 2 years.
