Voicemail password and reset issues

Are there currently issues with koodo voicemail and passwords?


I have not changed my voicemail password, and never had any issues in the past. Just tried checking a voicemail with my usual password and apparently it was not accepted. Then became locked out of voicemail. 

Selected the option to text a temporary password and attempted to retrieve voicemails again, but automatic message alerted that the temp password was also incorrect??

Any idea what is going on here?

Also, to add…. I have selected the option send myself a temporary password 3 times. None of them are working. I have also restarted my phone and tried again.
