Personally, I'm really happy about CS at Koodo, what was your problem?
I was just going to say the same thing Rob. I have been with Koodo for many years now and every concern I have ever had was resolved. If you ever have a concern that the rep cannot resolve, you can always ask to speak with a supervisor.
Maybe that is a good call. I will call and try to talk with a supervisor.

No one can override Koodo's warranty. The phone broke in your possession. It can be sent away for repair, but you will have to pay for it.
