Very Happy with Koodo !!

I have been a customer with Koodo since 2013. Over the last few years I have had a chance to compare Koodo with my previous cell phone providers and have come to the conclusion that they are the best company to deal with. When compared with the competition, Koodo has excellent service and fair pricing, in fact, when you compare them to their closest competitor (xxxx), Koodo has the edge in offering, no contract and a full 10 message voice mail box, rather than the 3 message "mini" box. In past and recent dealings with Koodo I find that customer service has greatly improved, problems and issues are solved fast and efficiently and I don't feel like just a number. I feel that they look at my problem as an individual, one on one, in a professional manner. I don't work for Koodo, I'm just happy with their service.

Wow! That's quite a compliment! There has to be at least one thing they could do better.....what would it be for you?
Well they are also a third part with bell. Bell also makes the plan cheap to get more customers
Like everybody else would want, lower pricing would always be welcomed. I still think that their pricing is competitive compared to the other companies, but Koodo does offer more features.
Alex, Bell doesn't make cheap plans. If you compare plans to Koodo, you will see at least a $5 per month difference and you are limited to province wide talk, unlike Koodo who offers Canada wide. Even more important, I am in Quebec where Videotron is pretty much competitive with Bell in cellphone plans, and even more, with TV packages. It's not because Videotron is that good, it's because Bell is so bad, customer service reputation is nonexistent, billing mistakes are also very common. I can't tell you how many people I know that have left Bell.
