Upgrade to phone

I’m trying to add a phone via the website. I have 0 tab balance and the options I want are all there, but when I click the add to cart button it goes to the cart screen with nothing in it. I’ve tried with other phones and that works fine, same with the plans. Nowhere does it say out of stock like it does on some options.

 

What gives?

Oh pre-owned.  Which colour and size?

Do any of them work for you or just certain colour and size that doesnt work?

The size was 64gb and the colour was silver. I’ve tried all the options that are available including plans and size, it will not add to cart.

I was able to add the phone without issue.
