You must agree on a paying the 1 time unlock fee of $50 and must meet the following criteria:
- Your device is been active with us for 90 days +
- You've registered for a Self Serve account
- Your account is in good standing
- You’ve bought your Koodo phone on the Tab
We don't unlock phones from other carriers, so make sure your phone is unlocked before bringing it to Koodo.
Unlocking your device can be completed over our Social Media support (Facebook and Twitter) or by contacting our Customer Care team.
[b]Note: Koodo will be complying to the new CRTC regulation regarding unlocked device, starting on December 1st 2017.
