unauthorized number port

I received a text message (screenshot included) stating a port request to another provider. I did not request this. I attempted to contact customer service but keep running into automated systems that cannot solve the issue. There's a scheduled callback for a later date but what if they call and the number has been portted?

In order for the port to process, that user needs to reply "YES" to the text that is sent to them. If they don't respond yes within 90minutes then the port is canceled.
