Unable to make or receive calls or text in Windsor/Tecumseh Ontario area...

my husband and I have only had these phones for 2 weeks. They are both Samsung Galaxy S 2 X

You're not the only one 🙂 Look at this page alone, there are dozens of people who posted the same... I would imagine there is an outage somewhere. Stay tuned for more information... And no it doesn't happen often... I think in a year this is about the second time. So don't worry 🙂

Hi there, The issue is now fixed. You should remove/reinsert the SIM card as well as the battery (if applicable) : it refreshes the phone system. If no change, give a call to our techs by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (option #6) from a land line.
