Unable to change my email

I need to change my email... did this...but it stays the same. Says to login with the new email next time...wait 24 hrs then Ha! Only the old one works. Changed it again, says the "new" one already exists (makes sense)...but it refuses to use the new one. How do I make this system actually use the new email I typed in?

Have you tried clearing the cache on your browser or trying another browser.
Hello Chad, Tried that...Waterfox and IEX do the same thing. It's not really a Browser thing, looks more like a Koodo bug changing the email.

Then you next step would be to call Koodo to see whats going on, in the back end Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636). Hours of operation (Eastern Standard Time): Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm Saturday: 9am - 7pm Sunday: 9am - 7pm
Hello Dennis, Indeed, this requires customer support to complete since the email is tied to the account login. Got it all done today, thanks Koodo (though perhaps your site could explain this a bit better = call this number)
