Trying to port to numberbarn. How to get account number?

The account number on the mobile self serve isn’t working.  I’m assuming there’s a different number?  Numberbarn says: “Your carrier/service provider has rejected your port request because the account number you provided is incorrect or missing.”

The account number should be shown in your bill. I would suggest you open the pdf detail bill and check (if you are a postpaid customer). It isn't your phone number though. 

That is the same 8-digit number shown on the self serve site.  I’m thinking numberbarn is giving the wrong error message, then.  Thanks anyways.
