Trying to Move to Koodo with My Own Device - frustrated.

So, I'm recently out of contract with Telus and am interested in moving over to Koodo with my own device. I don't have a credit card so I figured I'd just call your toll free number and ask questions and see what my options are but your IVR is really tailored towards existing clients and i was unable to speak with a representative because there are not many options for potential clients. When I selected "I want more information" I was directed to visit the website. I'd like to move over to Koodo but I don't have a credit card and there are no Koodo stores in my area. The closest one is about 400 kms away. What are my options??

If you press 0 a few times eventually you get through to an agent and they'd be able to assist you from there. There are retail outlets that offer Koodo postpaid, like the Mobile Shop. Did you use the store locator on the website to find one? Is it still 400km away? Whereabouts do you live?
