Trouble with Koodo's service


I had a cell phone which, unfortunately is broken, so I bought a new one in Best Buy as an existing Prepaid customer of Koodo. I paid full price for it, therefore I should have no contract with Koodo at all, and yet, I recieved my Koodo bill...it says I'm under some kind of ''Spending Limit Program (SLP)'' to which I haven't agreed or anything...I think I'm being deprived of information Koodo. AND PLEASE, HIRE SOME PEOPLE TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS.

I bought Motorola Moto G...it was $130 I believe.

Hi Matej, You can contact Koodo using *611 from your phone, they have people answering calls until 10pm I believe.
