I recently switched from telus to Koodo, and have received my new sim card. I am trying to transfer my old telus number to the new koodo plan, but everytime I go through the process of inputting my phone number and account info, it says there is an error and to try again later. Is there another way to do this? I checked and my number is eligible for transfer.
