Transfer my Etablet to Koodo from Bell

I have an Galaxy Etablet from Bell. I no longer have a Bell account I transfered to Koodo but did not get my Etablet A activated can I do that now?

Hello,

 

Have you received the SIM card? If you did, please  ensure that the SIM is inserted properly. Power the tablet off, and back on again and try to open a website in order to make a data connectivity test. Your WiFi must be turned off.
