Tracking number invalid

I ordered a new phone on the 23rd and it gave me a tracking number starting with HFO. Since the 23rd I haven’t been able to access the tracking information. I keeps telling me its the invalid tracking number even though it is the right number.

I saw one similar report. Their system can only track order within 30days. “Only orders placed within the last 30 days are searchablehttps://shop.koodomobile.com/checkout/order/orderSearch.jsp

What phone was it? Some phone had a delay of  4-6 weeks…

@Dinh  poste meant December 23rd.

@anthonypaul11  You should have received an email with a tracking number for UPS. The HFO number only track the approval of your order.  Your phone was shipped on the 24th and it is on the way to you.

True, somehow I thought it was ordered on Nov 23 :)
