I am travelling outside of Canada and currently I am in India. How do I connect with customer service. is there any tollfree no to call. I want to setup my voicemessage can i do it while i m outside canada. If i have option of call forward is that chargeble.

Koodo just works on call backs to north american numbers, there is no toll free number to call.
