there is no internet since this morning (Vancouver, BC)


I double checked and I still have lots of data left in the plan. Does anyone else have similar issue in Vancouver, BC.

Does Koodo has a policy of refund the money for the time that their system doesn't work?

Yes, after I restart my phone. The data connect is back to normal now.

I am in Greater Vancouver area, BC. My data is working as of now. I don't think there was an outage in my area. Which city are you in?
