The Case of the Missing Minutes


I recently payed my bill and it shows that I do not have any minutes of the 400 I get per month. According to the plan you can get unlimited incoming calls and unlimited evenings (after 5pm) and weekends. All of my calls to my friends, save some in the morning that total at most 186, have been after 5 pm. and on weekends. My question is where are my minutes?

The self serve app only shows minutes used, or when the system happens to be updating you may see zeroes across the board until it refreshes and catches up, so to speak. To be certain, and I hate using this answer, I would call into koodo to see what they say.
