I am constantly having to check how many minutes I have left for the month, and this takes time out of my busy day. I think Koodo should send weekly texts just giving a short little update of how much airtime you have left, how many more text messages you can still send or how much data you still have left for the month. This could be done in a similar fashion to how they send text messages when your ebill is ready. It could be an option that customers opt in to. I think this would increase customer satisfaction because customers would be aware of how many minutes or so they have left for the month without fear of going over and having to pay interest.
