text message of 10Mb maximum

It’s the second time in 2 weeks I get text messages saying that I have reached 50% of my “10 Mb limit” nobody has 10Mb limit, how can this be solved?

Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience. I believe it should be all working now. Can you, please, turn your phone OFF and back ON? Also, a $0.75 credit +taxes has been applied on your account as there was also a pay per use charge on your bill. It should all be updated now on koodomobile.com/selfserve.

Also, I am charged $0.75 for something I know nothing about. Can you explain?

The $0.75 was a usage for data, but it was an error on our side. The amount has been credited for you. It all looks OK on our side! I can see there was an upgrade made recently.  Do you have any services at all on that line? Can you call and receive calls?
