Telus to Koodo Port Problem

I ported my number earlier this morning from Telus to Koodo using self serve. It shows on my account that the port was completed but my number still shows up as the temporary Koodo number. I’ve tried to call Koodo was on the phone for about 45mins and the person wasn’t able to help me. Then he said to call 18669956636 but no one is answering. Help!

Have you responded to the text that Telus sent to your Telus number? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

You would have to respond to that text to allow the transfer. If you didn’t, you might have to request porting again.

I didn’t get a text because as soon as I ported my number my telus line got cut off. All good now, I had to call back a couple times.. Apparently there was some issue with the porting on the technical side so they had to fix it. Took about a couple hours and now I’ve successfully ported in my number. Thank you!
