Switching to Koodo from another carrier.

I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes to switch to Koodo from another carrier?

 

I'm currently with PCmoblie and switching to Koodo.

 

I got off the phone with a customer service rep and he said it could take up to 24 hours. He also said it could be sooner since I'll be using the same phone and phone number.

Typically it takes about 30 minutes.  And as long as 2 hours unless something goes wrong.  But 24 hours can happen, but usually something will have gone wrong in that case

I transferred from Rogers to koodo the same day (including 4 hours to resolve a block on porting out my Rogers line). It is doable within 4-6 hours if there are no porting issues.
