Suspicious usage?????


My phone has been shut off due to suspicious activity.. I've only been a customer for 34 days. I need my phone for emergencies for my disabled daughter and now have no open line of communication. No happy with your service. No happy that it's taking so long to resolve! Please fix the issue

I recommend getting either a prepaid SIM or going with another carrier. Koodo’s fraud department is a black hole, and you may never hear from them.

Don't put up with high-handed or negligent treatment. Go prepaid with any carrier for emergency-only service. The number they will let you choose will be "clean" (not used for the last 6 months). Beyond that, any use you may make with the phone is your own business and responsibility.
