store rep used all my data

I bought a new phone yesterday and the sales rep used all my data until Sept 10th setting it up. How do I get that changed as they should have used the store wi-fi.

I would like a koodo rep to call me back or get a phone number to call.

How did they use it all up on you? What did they help you out with on your phone that they used it for?

They set the phone up. When I left the store my usage for that day by noon was over 1G. I left the store at noon.

I would go back to the store and talk about it with them. You'd likely have more luck that way and have less of a fight with customer service by doing that.
