Stolen Phone, need to add to blacklist

Hi, I recently upgraded my phone from the webstore. Unfortunately, someone stole it and I no longer have the phone. Luckily I was using a different sim card. Is it possible to get Koodo to add it to the blacklist? I tried doing this online but it asks me to change my SIM. My phone hasn't been updated on my profile either.

Which method did you try? Did you tty logging into self serve and clixking " Suspend lost or stolen phone" if not, try that. If you did that just feel free to give Koodo a call or message them on facebook (https://m.me/Koodo) and they be able to do ot for yoh.

The option should be in self serve under 'suspend phone as lost or stolen'. I'm pretty sure the phone must have been active on the account at some point, at least, in order for that to work though.
Yeah unfortunately the phone was quite new and the webstore doesn't update it automatically. I tried to register it but it says I need a SIM change. I have my old sim so I don't need to waste a perfectly good sim.

I've received an answer from Koodo:

please send Koodo a private message on Facebook or Twitter (links are at bottom right of this page) so that they may verify your account information and look into this for you?

Have you tried signing into self serve and suspending your phone as lost or stolen?

O.k. Panic over. No I don't have my phone but I found out how to suspend it. the drop down menu was just a bit slow to load so I went "panic mode " sorry.
