Still no service 8 hours after porting


I switched from public mobile to koodo for the deal yesterday, the rep said the port would only take 15 minutes to 2 hours but its been over 8 hours and I still have no service

Have you tried restarting your phone? Try taking out your Koodo SIM Card and reseating it to make sure it's making contact with the pin connections in the phone properly.
