Spotty Service


I have been having trouble with service this week - it has been off and on today and yesterday I didn't have any service for 2 hours. I live in Calgary...

You might want to check the coverage maps http://help.koodomobile.com/coverage-long-distance-and-travelling/coverage-maps There was a service outage recently so I suspect that is the reason.
Where does it say there was a service outage? I definitely live in an area with coverage and haven't had a problem before this week...

Hey heather, You can download the Telus Network Experience app and you can report the problem. Best part of the app is that it knows where you are through GPS and you can choose a problem to report.
