Spending limit not lifted


So I am currently on a spending limit program and have passed my 6 months with no missed/late payments. I was given the impression that my limit would be removed automatically after this period. I am looking to potentially complete a phone upgrade and I'm only being given the option for no tab. How do I go about getting this fixed?

Yes, according to the link below after 6 months of good payment history you'll receive a text notifying you that the spending limit has been removed.

I would contact Koodo and ask about it since you want to purchase a phone. Request a callback through the assistant.

Yoi should be notified of no longer being on the spending limit program. If you haven't received said notifications I would suggest sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
