SIM change over

I am having issues using a new SIM card. I lost my old one so I cannot use my phone and for some reason there is no help from Koodo what so ever in this matter

how am I supposed to activate the new one if I cannot get texts to the old one. and obviously my phone doesn't work without it so I cannot call Koodo or get a call back and for some reason I cannot do a live chat or email

There is no live chat or email. You'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out
