sim card error

My phone keeps saying ‘no sim.’ Already tried turning phone on and off, removing sim card, wiping it and putting it back on but still saying this error. I tried inserting the sim in my son’s phone and same message appears. What can I do?

Was it a prepaid or postpaid SIM? Have you checked if your account was active and there was no overdue amount in the account?

Normally if the “no SIM” problem persists, you need a new SIM and switch SIM in your selfserve.
