During an activation, the bill cycle date is only shown on the very last screen right before someone hits "activate". Upgrade screens are a little bit different but there's still a CSA generated. A lot of times I miss the number and then can't explain proration 100% properly to a customer. It would be extremely helpful if the bill cycle date and possibly even the estimated proration charges on the first bill (or next, in the case of a redemption) would be shown on the agreement for reference. Virgin does this and Koodo should too.
